Was insane. haha
I was drenched in sweat once again. I actually feel energized.
Later I’m going to the sauna yay!

I’m comfortable being naked in front of my boy-friend, but I want to feel HOT being in very little clothing in front of him :)

So excited! I got my first yoga mat yesterday! It was from Walmart, but it’s perfect!!
I’m slowly upload the Brazil But Lift videos onto here, it’s taking a while because the only way I can get them on here is to upload them to youtube (after I have divided them up into parts because it only allows 15minutes-weird)
On top of working out and doing school work, I fix these videos. ahhhh!!!
Off to work now.

Ingredients:
2 cups raw almonds
1/2 teaspoon salt
How to:
- Toss almonds onto ungreased cookie sheet & bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes
- Throw almonds into food processor
- Process those almonds unto they look like butter!
- Enjoy :)
